Collection: Rivets

Riveted templates — no welder required. These are digital cutting files. Each panel comes with pre-cut rivet holes along the fold lines, so you bend the tabs, line them up and secure them with a pop rivet. A drill, a hand rivet gun and basic shears are all the tools you need.

Rivet builds use the thinnest sheet metal of any category — 0,8–1 mm, thin enough to fold the tabs by hand — which means you can cut them at home without a plasma cutter. Every file includes the nested DXF, the PDF pattern, fold angles and a numbered assembly order.
