Refund policy
Low Poly Software sells digital files (cutting and build files) that are delivered as an instant download. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to send back — this policy explains how refunds work for digital products.
European Union right of withdrawal — digital content
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your order and starting the download, you give that consent.
If you have not downloaded your files yet, you can still cancel within 14 days for a full refund — just contact us.
Refunds we always give
We will refund you in full, whether or not you have downloaded the files, if:
• the files are corrupted, incomplete, or will not open in the format described on the product page;
• you received the wrong product;
• the product is materially different from its description.
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at lowpolystudio.o@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will try to fix the file first; if we cannot, you get your money back.
What is not refundable
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not refund for:
• change of mind after downloading;
• buying the wrong product by mistake — write to us and we will usually swap it for another design of the same price;
• lack of the tools, machine or material needed to build the model. The material, thickness and finished dimensions are stated on every product page — please read them before buying;
• results you are unhappy with after cutting, bending or assembling the parts yourself.
Problems with your download
If your download link does not work, has expired, or you lost the files, contact us at lowpolystudio.o@gmail.com and we will send them again free of charge. There is no time limit on this.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We aim to process them within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may need up to 10 more business days to post the money to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, please contact us at lowpolystudio.o@gmail.com.
