Secure payment

We are a small design studio based in Türkiye, and we sell digital cutting files to builders all over Europe and beyond. This page explains exactly who handles your payment and what you will see at checkout, so nothing surprises you.

Who processes your payment

  • Card payments are handled by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. (paytr.com), a payment and e-money institution established under Turkish Law No. 6493 and supervised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye.
  • PayTR is PCI DSS certified (certificate) — the security standard set by Visa, Mastercard and the other card networks.
  • Payments are checked by PayTR's fraud-monitoring team before approval.
  • We never see or store your card number. You type it on PayTR's SSL-secured payment page, not on our store.

What checkout looks like, step by step

  1. Enter your email and name. No phone number or shipping address is needed — it is a digital file.
  2. Confirm the order on the last checkout step. You are taken to PayTR's secure page, showing the amount in euros.
  3. Enter your card. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or by SMS.
  4. You are returned to our store. Within minutes you receive two emails: the order confirmation and your download link.

If something looks wrong — please do not pay again

Some browsers, especially the built-in browser inside Instagram or Facebook, do not always show the confirmation page after returning from the payment page. You might land back at the first checkout step or see a browser warning even though the payment went through.

  • Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from hello@lowpolysoftware.com with your order number.
  • If it is there, your files are ready — open the download link.
  • No email after 15 minutes? Write to us with the email address you used. We check the payment with PayTR and send you the files.
  • Tip: if you came from Instagram, open the store in Safari or Chrome before paying.

On your bank statement

You pay in euros. Because the payment is processed in Türkiye, some banks list it as a foreign transaction and may add their own small fee — that fee comes from your bank, not from us.

Charged twice?

Write to us. We refund the duplicate payment — or, if you prefer, you can swap it for a second model of the same price.
