Laser Cut & Assembly Files for Welded Metal Sculptures — Digital Product
A wall-mounted horse head with an arched neck — 400 mm tall and 434 mm wide, but only 153 mm deep, so it hangs close to the wall like a trophy instead of reaching into the room. Same drawing standard as every other file we sell — nested DXF, bending angles in degrees, numbered assembly order.
Size and material
- Finished size: 400 × 434 × 153 mm (height × width × depth) as drawn — a wall-mounted head, not a floor piece
- 1,5–2 mm sheet metal at the drawn size
- 2,5–3 mm if you rescale it up for an outdoor setting
- Suitable for stainless steel and mild steel
- Can be rescaled to any size on request — contact us before ordering
What is in the pack
- Nested DXF — panels laid out 1:1 and packed close together to keep offcut down, ready to drop into your cutting software
- Bending angle file — every fold in degrees, mountain and valley marked
- Assembly instructions — numbered panels, in the order they go together
- PDF version — for printing and using as a cutting guide
Compatible welding methods
- Laser welding
- TIG welding
- MIG welding
Head or full body?
Want the whole horse? The full-body Horse Welding file is the larger build. This head is the smaller commitment — less sheet, less cutting time, and it goes straight on a wall. At €40 it is also a low-risk way to see how our files are drawn: if it suits your machine and your way of working, the rest of the catalogue follows exactly the same standard.
What is in the pack
- Nested DXF — every panel laid out 1:1 and packed tight, ready to drop into your cutting software
- Bending angle file — every fold in degrees, mountain and valley marked
- Numbered assembly order — which panel goes where, in sequence
- PDF version — for printing or checking on screen
Why builders trust these files
- Orders from 15 countries — from Germany and Italy to the US, Australia and New Zealand
- One drawing standard — every file in the catalogue uses the same nesting, the same angle sheet, the same numbering
- Any size on request — tell us the height you want before ordering; we confirm what changes at that size
- A person answers — questions during the build get a reply from the people who drew the file

New to this? The step-by-step build guide on our blog walks through cutting, deburring, folding and assembly in order. Not sure which thickness to buy? This guide settles it in one page. If you are still deciding which design suits your setup, read how to choose your first DXF design. Prefer to build without a welder? The riveted templates assemble with a hand rivet gun in 0,8–1 mm sheet.
Finished one? We would genuinely like to see it — send us a photo, and tell us if anything in the pack could be clearer. Several improvements to these files started as a customer's question.
